The Rules
I. General
This Online Reality Game, or ORG, is played in the format of the CBS Reality Television Show Survivor. Each round, Players will compete for Tribal or Individual Immunity Challenges. Win these Challenges, and you will be guaranteed to advance past that particular Round. If you lose this Challenge, you and other individuals who also did not win Immunity will attend Tribal Council, where the person who receives the majority of votes will be immediately eliminated from the game. In later rounds of the game, Players or Tribes who have Immunity will also attend Tribal Council and Vote. However, their Immunity will be retained and they may still not be voted for. This format continues until we reach the Final Tribal Council, in which a Jury, consisting of players eliminated in later stages of The Game, will cast a vote for one of the Finalists to win the game. II. Casting
Casting is currently In Progress. We are currently looking for ambitious contestants who want to prove that they're better than all the rest! To fill out an application, simply fill out the application here and send the completed application to eurosurvivorkruger@aol.com. The deadline is March 29, 2015. Once we feel we have received sufficient quality applications, we will notify all applicants of their selection. If we receive a high volume of applications, we will select our Top 40, send them through a second round of interviews with Myself or Audrey, and pare the cast down from there.

II-A. Alias Requirement
Alias is a requirement to play in this series. The application goes into further detail regarding that, but know that NO exceptions will be made to the alias requirement. If you are going to play this game, you WILL do it under alias and you will make your best effort not to have your alias exposed. Granted, sometimes you will be discovered and discover others, but make your best effort to remain anonymous and not let your preconceived notions of other Contestants you inadvertently discover dictate or alter your gameplay. This game is alias for a reason. You are not allowed to disclose your real AIM in public on the board in any location except your Confessional.

III. Communication
To communicate in this game, you must have an AIM. AIM will be required for certain challenges and all communication will take place over AIM as Skype and Facebook are prohibited ways of contact during this game due to Alias regulations. You may also use Personal Messages (PMs) on this board to communicate as well. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, Cross-Tribal Communication in ANY fashion is prohibited. IF you are caught initiating said contact or replying to said contact, you will be immediately expelled from the game. No exceptions. No leniency.

IV. Confessionals
As a Contestant, you have a private Confessional in which you can reveal your innermost thoughts about your fellow Castaways, your strategy, and anything else you feel like posting. This series also has a Confessional Requirement, meaning writing one Confessional post regarding the game that is at least 100 words in length is required each round. Not fulfilling this obligation will result in penalties against you, regardless of the reason.
First Missed Round - Forced to Sit Out Immunity Challenge. Other tribe not required to sit someone out to even the numbers.
Second Missed Round - Penalty Vote against you at Tribal Council
Third Missed Round - Sit Out next two Immunity Challenges; Penalty Vote against you next two Tribal Councils you attend.
Fourth Missed Round - Sat Out of Immunity Challenges indefinitely; Two Penalty Votes against you every Tribal Council you attend until you post a Confessional.
Fifth Missed Round - Expelled from the game, regardless of activity level and stage of the game (Including the Finals). Ineligible for All-Stars of Fans vs. Favorites.
Now, we understand if writing is not your strength, that's okay! If you would prefer to do Video Confessionals each round as opposed to a written Confessional, that is perfectly acceptable and will fulfill the requirement.
If you are a player who normally doesn't write Confessionals, that's fine. However, no exceptions will be made to the rules. If you don't like writing Confessionals, and aren't willing to abide by the rules here, don't bother applying. The rules will not be bent for you.

V. Voting
In order to vote, vote in your pre-made 'Voting History' thread in your Confessional for one of the eligible contestants to be eliminated. If you do not vote within the announced 24 hour window, you will receive a strike for inactivity. Receive three such strikes and you will be expelled from the game. If you do not vote, and you do not have a bootlist, your vote will be randomized as I do not allow self-votes in this series. However, your vote will be randomized so as to not affect the outcome of the voting result. In order to avoid the aforementioned scenario, which could have disastrous effects on your game, post a Bootlist in your Confessional and update it every round. Your bootlist will become void once it has ceased to be updated for three rounds.
During the 24 hour window it is perfectly acceptable to change your vote. However, I ask that if you do so, you DELETE your old vote parchment from your Voting History. Additionally, do NOT EDIT your voting post for ANY reason. If you change your vote, make a new post in your thread, and delete the vote that you are not casting.

VI. Quitting/Expulsion
If a player quits or is expelled prior to Tribal Council, Tribal Council will be held as normal that round. If a player quits or is expelled after the Results of the Immunity Challenge, Tribal Council will be cancelled.

VII. Eliminated Players
If you are eliminated from the game, please do not speak to players still in the game about the game in any way. Do not engage in game politics in any fashion with active Contestants. If you are caught doing so you will be banned from the forum and deemed ineligible for All-Stars or Fans vs. Favorites and lose all Juror privileges if you are a Juror. If you are an active player willingly receiving assistance from an eliminated player in any fashion (Help in a challenge, discussing game politics, receiving information that would assist you in the game in any way), you will be sat out of the next two Immunity Challenges and receive a penalty vote at the next two Tribal Councils you attend.

VIII. Respect and Enjoyment
Maybe more importantly than any of these other rules, treat everyone, meaning Hostesses, Prediction Writers, Viewers, and your fellow Contestants with respect at all times. Do not personally attack people and drag out-of-game issues into this game. That ruins the experience for everyone and warnings will be given out as needed to prevent this. If you make an attack at someone that is game-based and it gets personal, then that is simply an escalation, but if you lead with personal attacks and insults, action will be taken.
Most importantly, however...Have fun! That's the most important rule of all!
