Making this thread for whenever the game starts! I feel like I'm going to end up sucking horribly(especially since it's three tribes, judging by the memory wall, and I always seem to fare not-so-well in those situations...eight players should counteract the whole situation though since that's still quite a few people on whatever I tribe end up on.) but hopefully not!

I would've if I didn't keep getting busy! I'll probably marathon it tonight, I have nothing to do tomorrow so I may as well stay up all night lol.

Okay, I'm lit rushing this out right now before deadline cos I've been distracted most of the day ugh. I'll provide a more in depth one later though but yeah this one is going to be kind of...blah. Mainly because not all that much has even happened, I think half the tribe is in hibernation or something; that's what you get for putting us in a snowy climate, I guess. Blegh.
My tribe is...kind of meh, but we clearly somehow got the best bunch considering we were the only team who actually successfully completed the first challenge? The other two got stuck at stations #7 and #8 respectively(which sucks, I wanted them both to be stuck at the same place and both go to TC because lol, but w/e.) while we actually, well, finished it. Though really, credit for that goes to Eddie and Sean for figuring out “Brimstone” and “Melt” because I'm pretty sure neither of those would've ever crossed my mind lmfao.
On my tribe the only person I really like is Lisi? Lol. She actually has a personality which is something most of these people can't...really say for themselves. IDK most of these people I can't hold a conversation with. It's possibly my fault since I haven't been able to be online/around as much as I'd like, but that should be improving within the next few days thankfully.
Lisi and I have basically echoed that we're each other's favorites(or at least I'm in her top 2, w/e either way is fine with me) and we've formed a trio-alliance thing with Fatima who...is just kinda there? I'm pretty sure she could be Bo just based on the way she types/acts, but not really sure what I can do with that, so oh well whatever. It works.
We intend on bringing in preferably Eddie and Sean as #4 and #5 in the group, since the other two guys are, welll.....useless. Rupert doesn't log onto the board for over 24 hours at a time, I don't think anyone's spoken to him(at least, I sure as heck haven't) and Johnny is totally clueless. I get it's his first game but if the other tribes were any smarter he'd have totally cost us the challenge. He was THREE HOURS LATE TO POST EVERYTHING. THANKS MAN. Ughhhh.
I don't have anything all too much against Johnny since I can forgive him for it being his first game and him being totally confused, but I may or may not have shittalked him for like an hour with Lisi oops. Did I mention Lisi's amazing yet? If she wasn't on this tribe I'd probably like...just curl up into a ball and cry or something lmao. Either way, Rupert and Johnny are making decent cases for themselves to go first which is always nice since, well, obviously I don't wanna go first. I haven't been as social as I'd like since I've been sorttaaaa busy, as I've mentioned earlier, so hopefully them sucking even more than I do works out in my favor.
Carissa's...just kinda there. Cool rep choice, but...she wasn't very interesting to talk to. She tried after our first convo later on, which shows she's TRYING, but I'm just not so sure if she gets the whole “conversation” thing. Oh well.
Eddie is funny though he's essentially schticking. I like him tho. Good sense of humor. Sean seems fun too but I haven't really had the opportunity to chat in depth with him yet, but oh well. This tribe as a whole seems quiet thus far.
Honestly... there isn't much to report. This tribe is kind of like a dead zone. I wish there was more to write but...yeah. That's really about it. I'd rate my gameplay a 4 out of 10 stars so far. I'm not doing AWFULLY and I don't think I'd be the first boot buttttt yeah I still need to work on socializing and solidifying the alliance and stuff. I'd rather leave that up to Lisi/Fatima if possible though, I'd rather be 2nd/3rd banana instead of the person running around doing anything, so that if anything goes wrong people don't look at me. If I'm right about who Fatima is, though, she's typically fairly passive? At least from what I've seen of her. I've heard people call her AN INSANE POWERGAMER but I've never actually been witness to that, so...yeah, not sure what she'd end up doing. Lisi seems to be on the aggressive though and that's fine with me. |
